The Role
As Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business, leading, inspiring, and driving success. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to develop sales strategies, open new markets, and support a dynamic team of Business Development Managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support
✅ Driving sales growth through strategic planning and relationship-building
✅ Working closely with marketing, ensuring commercial and brand strategies align
✅ Tracking and analysing performance, using insights to improve results
✅ Representing the company at industry events and strengthening its reputation
