About the Role: The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring food products meet internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HACCP plans and procedures
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions
• Supervise and train the Quality Control (QC) team
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
• Manage supplier quality and address complaints
• Oversee product specifications and customer complaint management
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and manage external audits
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry
• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 certifications
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and proactive leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Quality Assurance Management experience
• Food-related degrees and knowledge of HACCP system
• Food hygiene qualification
