As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance across our UK operations. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you'll help maintain best-in-class standards, supporting both technical and interdepartmental teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities:



Ensure food safety, quality, and legal compliance across the businessConduct audits, inspections, and assessments of raw materials & finished productsSupport customer complaint investigations & internal quality checksMaintain and update key technical databases and reportsAssist with internal audits, including GMP, Glass & Brittle, and allergen testingWork closely with pest control teams and laboratory testing partnersCalibrate measuring equipment and conduct environmental control testingPrepare samples for customers, lab tests, and internal taste panels

What We're Looking For:



Qualifications: Minimum Food Safety Level 3 & HACCP Level 2Experience: 3+ years in the food manufacturing industry (preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficient in MS Office with excellent organisational skillsKnowledge of microbiology, food hazards, and compliance standards
