The Role



You'll be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing staff rotas, training, and performance managementEnsuring efficient stock control, loading, and unloadingMaintaining health & safety and food hygiene standardsWorking with other departments to streamline processesManaging equipment maintenance and compliance checks

About You

Experience in warehouse or logistics managementMust have experience with perishable goodsStrong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulationsAbility to train, motivate, and develop a teamExperience with stock management systems (e.g., Prophet) is a plus
