The successful role holder will complete transport administration as directed by the depot management team.
You will be reporting to the Transport Manager. Where any issues are identified affecting deadlines you will be expected to raise these at the earliest opportunity
Daily duties include but are not limited to completing pulse checks, tray count tracker, mileage tracker, all paperwork regarding vehicle checks including defect sheets. accurate keying in of data, checking factory shortages.

We have an exciting opportunity that has come up at our Manton 110 depot as a Transport Administrator. This is a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity cover.
You will have strong problem solving and analytical skills in a depot environment.
You will be expected to work using your own initiative to a high level of accuracy to meet time deadlines on a day by day basis
You will need strong knowledge and competency on Excel. In addition, WMS experience would be beneficial, but not a requirement.
